It’s hard to be inconspicuous when you’re traveling 60 miles per hour over the speed limit.

That didn’t stop one Panama City man, who has been charged with reckless driving after being caught zooming down Tyndall Parkway at a leisurely 110 MPH.

Additionally, he was charged with driving without a motorcycle license, improper/unsafe equipment because of the lack of rearview mirrors and driving with a suspended or revoked license without knowledge.
