A Bay County Sheriff’s deputy pulled over a speeding car on US 231 and noticed several suspicious  incidents. Someone threw a small white object out of the vehicle after the deputy pulled in behind the car, the deputy wrote in an incident report. Also, the vehicle’s license plate did not match up with the vehicle. Then the deputy noticed the strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

The deputy searched the passenger of the car and found a plastic bag with Cannabis and a “drug smoking pipe” inside the man’s right shoe.  He was arrested on drug charges. The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and without the proper insurance and registration, the deputy wrote in an incident report.
