A landlord told his tenants that he would be showing their apartment at 10 a.m. When he didn’t arrive the female tenant began to take a shower. When the landlord arrived with two real estate agents at 10:15  a.m. he heard the shower running and called out but no one answered. A few minutes later a woman walked out of the shower wrapped in a towel and began yelling at the group, Bay County Sheriff’s Deputies wrote in an incident report.

While the tenant said she felt violated deputies determined that nothing illegal had happened.
