Dec. 10: A Panama City man reports that thieves took his white, metal Christmas tree from his front yard. The man has no serial numbers or other information about the tree. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

Dec. 10: A 21-year-old and a juvenile were wrasslin’ too close to a Panama City Beach man’s truck and landed on the vehicle, causing a dent. The boys said they caused the damage but did not mean too. The man said he has a $500 deductible. The deputy said he should call his insurance company.

Dec. 10: An intoxicated Panama City Beach woman was loudly searching for a necklace in her front yard. A deputy suggested that she wait until morning.
“Hell no! I’m going to stay here all (expletive) night if I have to,” she replied.
The deputy handcuffed her and took her to the Bay County Jail for detox.

Dec. 10: A Southport woman received a threatening note in her mailbox that stated her dogs would be shot if she did not keep them quiet. The woman told deputies that although she had 12 dogs she was sure none of them was barking. Deputies canvassed the neighborhood but neighbors said they knew of no one nearby who would harm a dog.
